W.R. Dunkin & Son, Inc. was hired to manage the new construction and renovation of the Anderson High School. The lead architect was CSO Schenkel Schultz.
Phase 1 of what will be a 3-phase project, consisted of the demolition of approximately 90,000 square feet of classroom spaces and the construction of 150,000 square feet of new / renovated academic areas. Phase 2 included a new cafeteria, new administrative offices and renovation of adjacent areas. |
